One bangle bracelet featuring dozens of tiny raw citrine crystal points, set in a handmade sculptural solder setting.

This is a very substantial one of a kind bracelet, with a nice amount of heft. It is not adjustable. Crystals measure roughly between 0.25"-1" tall, which may or may not include elements of the setting. The opening measures about 2.6" across, which is a standard size for bangles that most women can slide on and off easily. Model has 6.5" wrists. Please verify your size by measuring bangle style bracelets you own that fit well.

Most orders will ship out of the studio within 7 business days. We currently ship twice a week, once at the beginning of the week and once toward the end. Delays may occur during holidays or when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Custom orders, made-to-order items, and oversized home decor items may require up to 2 weeks to ship. Your order will be shipped via USPS first class mail. A tracking or customs number will be provided. Domestic orders will *usually* be delivered within a week after shipping. Oversized items may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks after shipment for delivery. You will be responsible for paying any customs fees for international orders. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages shipped internationally, and any lost, damaged, or delayed packages are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We are unable to insure international shipments at this time. If there is a problem with your shipment, you must contact your local post office and file a claim. The US postal service does not allow us to file claims for international shipments.

Refunds

We try to stick to an "all sales are final" policy to discourage predatory practices such as buying items to wear for an event and returning afterwards. However, we don't want you to feel like we misrepresented an item or be unhappy with a purchase from us, so we ask you to contact us IMMEDIATELY after delivery if you are unhappy with your order for any reason. CAREFULLY OPEN YOUR PACKAGE AND DO NOT THROW IT AWAY UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ITEM AND ARE SATISFIED WITH IT. You will have up to 7 days after delivery to contact us requesting a return, and your return must be postmarked within 7 days from delivery. If you followed the instructions to carefully open and save your envelope/package, carefully repackage the item so it is in the same condition it arrived in, tape the envelope/package shut, write "return to sender" on the envelope, and take it to your post office to make sure they will accept it. You may not be required to pay a return shipping fee. Returns MUST be shipped as a first class package which comes with a tracking number. You can not ship a return in a paper letter envelope with normal stamps. It will get lost or damaged while being sorted through the postal service machines and you will not receive a refund. Refunds for items damaged during shipment will be issued by USPS IF YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE ONLY. Refunds for non-damaged items will be issued once the item is received by us in the same condition they were sent in. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Select custom made items and pieces you request alterations on are non-returnable. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Additional

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you place an order, it hasn't shipped yet, and later decide you want to add an item for combined shipping, please ask us if your order has shipped yet. Sometimes we may take up to 24 hrs to mark our orders as shipped and provide tracking numbers. If your order is still in our possession, you can place your order as normal, we will combine shipment and reimburse shipping overages immediately after the item has been sent. Combined shipping orders close to or over $100 will be insured automatically, the cost of which will be deducted from your reimbursement.

BROKEN PIECES: We do not replace jewelry if you lost or broke it due to mistreatment after receiving it. Our sculptural solder pendants and jewelry are made to last, with the clasp and jump rings securely soldered shut, so you shouldn't have trouble with them. If our handmade setting does break due to our manufacturing error, we will gladly repair it for you at no additional cost. If it breaks due to mistreatment, we *may* be able to repair for a reasonable cost. If you're a US customer and your chain or clasp breaks within the first 3 months, we will repair, replace, or credit you for a repair at a local jewelers which we will discuss in the event this happens. If your chain breaks after 3 months, we will offer you a replacement at a very reasonable price. Your crystal should only ever break if it is dropped, crushed, or smacked into a hard object. Unfortunately, we cannot replace crystals as each is unique.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS EXTREMELY RARE THAT OUR PIECES BREAK, BUT WE DO RECEIVE NUMEROUS QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. THESE ARE THE PROCEDURES BOTH WE AND OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN MOST HAPPY WITH IN THE RARE EVENT PROBLEMS OCCURRED.

International Customers: The current cost to ship any of our items internationally from the US starts around $15. If your piece is less than a couple of months old and requires a repair, we urge you to visit a local jewelry repair shop for an estimate. Please contact us. Minor repairs such as a clasp or jump ring replacement should cost no more than a couple of dollars, which will be reimbursed to you after you submit a copy of the receipt for repair to us. If you would prefer we perform the repair, you will be asked to pay for re-shipment to you once the repair is complete. If your chain breaks and you require a new one, we can either include it with your next order, or we will require you to pay for shipment. Handmade, sterling silver, and beaded chains will not be replaced. Broken handmade beaded chains can be repaired at a local jewelry repair shop for less than $5 which will be reimbursed upon you submitting a receipt to us.

We can not replace items you lost after receiving them.

RESERVES & WHERE CAN I VIEW ADDITIONAL PHOTOS?

We are not currently offering holds, reserves, or payment plan options for our pieces.

We receive numerous requests for additional photos every day. At this time, we unfortunately aren't able to accommodate these requests. We are a very small business run by 1 full time designer and 1 part time designer+assistant and spend every spare moment creating, photographing, listing, and shipping treasures for you. SIZING & ADJUSTMENTS

Most adjustments can be done easily at no extra cost. Please note that if you request a custom size or adjustment, the piece will be considered final sale and will not be returnable or refundable.

Necklaces with standard, simple chain can be shortened or lengthened, just leave me a note during checkout with your desired length. Necklaces with custom beaded chain can be shortened, but may be subject to additional cost for additional length, so message me prior to ordering.

The length selected for our necklaces was chosen to best compliment the way the pendant lays on the body. For that reason, we do not recommend changing the length more than a few inches.

WHAT IF MY PIECE BREAKS?

Our sculptural solder pendants and jewelry are made to last, so you shouldn't have trouble with them. If our handmade setting does break due to manufacturing error, we will gladly repair it for you at no additional cost. WILL THIS JEWELRY TURN MY SKIN COLORS?

Our plated brass chain used in most necklaces has not been reported to cause skin discoloration, but there's always a chance that it may affect you differently.

Our sculptural solder jewelry should not discolor your skin. Sometimes a small amount of the black patina may rub off onto your skin the first time or two you wear your piece, but this is temporary & should wash off easily.

Sterling silver jewelry should not discolor your skin, except for occasional excess patina as with the solder jewelry.

Any raw, unplated copper jewelry may discolor your skin. It does not have this effect on everyone, so we recommend trying to wear a piece of copper jewelry for awhile before purchasing here if you are concerned.
