One pair of earrings, featuring a dozen naturally double terminated water clear herkimer diamond crystals, with great sparkle, on oxidized sterling silver with sterling silver ear hooks.

Total length of each earring is approximately 2.5" from the top of the earwire to the bottom of the drop.

You will receive one of the exact pairs pictured, selected at random.

Shipping from United States

Those ordering inside the US: Please purchase shipping insurance during checkout to ensure you will be refunded by USPS in the event your item is lost or damaged during shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Most orders will ship out of the studio within 7 business days. We cannot offer expedited shipping at this time. Delays may occur during holidays or when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Large orders, pieces with alterations, and oversized home decor items may require up to 2 weeks to ship. Your order will be shipped via USPS first class mail. A tracking or customs number will be provided. Domestic orders will *usually* be delivered within a week after shipping. Oversized items may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks after shipment for delivery. You will be responsible for paying any customs fees for international orders. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages shipped internationally, and any lost, damaged, or delayed packages are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We are unable to insure international shipments at this time. If there is a problem with your shipment, you must contact your local post office and file a claim. The US postal se rvice does not allow us to file claims for international shipments.

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We list dimensions, sizes and photos for the items we sell in each listing. We do not accept returns in the event the buyer failed to verify sizes. We do not issue refunds to buyers that threaten to leave negative feedback in order to obtain free merchandise. Buyers who leave negative feedback without attempting to contact us to resolve an issue will not be allowed to order from us in the future. We do keep records of every order and message we've ever received. Leaving feedback is *NOT* "contacting us." Feedback is only checked periodically, buyers must contact us by sending a direct message through etsy. Buyers who are unhappy for whatever reason with their purchase have 48 hrs from the date of delivery to ship their returns back to us. All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% service fee, which will be deducted from your reimbursement. Returns must be postmarked with a new fresh tracking or customs number. All returns must be packaged with bubble wrap and/or protected in the same manner they arrived in, they must be fully insured by USPS at the time of shipment. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping fees will not be refunded once an item has shipped. Returns that do not have proper postage, tracking, and insurance will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Damaged items will be refunded by USPS in the event they occur, only if the buyer has purchased insurance, and it will be the buyers responsibility to file a claim.

Additional

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you place an order, it hasn't shipped yet, and later decide you want to add an item for combined shipping, please ask us if your order has shipped yet. Sometimes we may take up to 24 hrs to mark our orders as shipped and provide tracking numbers. If your order is still in our possession, you can place your order as normal, we will combine shipment and reimburse shipping overages immediately after the item has been sent. Combined shipping orders close to or over $100 will be insured automatically, the cost of which will be deducted from your reimbursement.

BROKEN PIECES: We do not replace jewelry if you lost or broke it due to mistreatment after receiving it. Our sculptural solder pendants and jewelry are made to last, with the clasp and jump rings securely soldered shut, so you shouldn't have trouble with them. If our handmade setting does break due to our manufacturing error, we will gladly repair it for you at no additional cost. If it breaks due to mistreatment, we *may* be able to repair for a reasonable cost. If you're a US customer and your chain or clasp breaks within the first 3 months, we will repair, replace, or credit you for a repair at a local jewelers which we will discuss in the event this happens. If your chain breaks after 3 months, we will offer you a replacement at a very reasonable price. Your crystal should only ever break if it is dropped, crushed, or smacked into a hard object. Unfortunately, we cannot replace crystals as each is unique.

International Customers: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged when shipping internationally. We ship internationally regularly, we rarely experience any problems, but occasionally losses and damages do occur. We are unable to insure international orders and therefore cannot be held responsible for items once they leave our possession. If your piece is less than a couple of months old and requires a repair, we urge you to visit a local jewelry repair shop for an estimate. Please contact us. Minor repairs such as a clasp or jump ring replacement should cost no more than a couple of dollars, which will be reimbursed to you after you submit a copy of the receipt for repair to us. If you would prefer we perform the repair, you will be asked to pay for re-shipment to you once the repair is complete. The current cost to ship any of our items internationally from the US starts around $15. If your chain breaks and you require a new one, we can either include it with your next order, or we will require you to pay for shipment. Handmade, sterling silver, and beaded chains will not be replaced. Broken handmade beaded chains can be repaired at a local jewelry repair shop for less than $5 which will be reimbursed upon you submitting a receipt to us.

We can not replace items you lose after receiving them.

We are not currently offering holds, reserves, or payment plan options for our pieces.

We receive numerous requests for additional photos every day. At this time, we unfortunately aren't able to accommodate these requests. We are a very small business run by 1 full time designer and 1 part time designer+assistant and spend every spare moment creating, photographing, listing, and shipping treasures for you. SIZING & ADJUSTMENTS

Most adjustments can be done easily at no extra cost. Please note that if you request a custom size or adjustment, the piece will be considered final sale and will not be returnable or refundable.

Necklaces with standard, simple chain can be shortened or lengthened, just leave me a note during checkout with your desired length. Necklaces with custom beaded chain can be shortened, but may be subject to additional cost for additional length, so message me prior to ordering.

The length selected for our necklaces was chosen to best compliment the way the pendant lays on the body. For that reason, we do not recommend changing the length more than a few inches.

WHAT IF MY PIECE BREAKS?

Our sculptural solder pendants and jewelry are made to last, so you shouldn't have trouble with them. If our handmade setting does break due to manufacturing error, we will gladly repair it for you at no additional cost. WILL THIS JEWELRY TURN MY SKIN COLORS?

Our plated brass chain used in most necklaces has not been reported to cause skin discoloration, but there's always a chance that it may affect you differently.

Our sculptural solder jewelry should not discolor your skin. Sometimes a small amount of the black patina may rub off onto your skin the first time or two you wear your piece, but this is temporary & should wash off easily.

Sterling silver jewelry should not discolor your skin, except for occasional excess patina as with the solder jewelry.

Any raw, unplated copper jewelry may discolor your skin. It does not have this effect on everyone, so we recommend trying to wear a piece of copper jewelry for awhile before purchasing here if you are concerned.

AN ITEM I WANTED SOLD / CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to our current workload, we aren't currently taking custom orders.

Because we work with natural crystals, most of our items are one-of-a-kind. Usually, once an item sells, we won't have another just like it, but we may have another that is similar. Please browse our shop and check back often, as we regularly add new pieces.

We cannot give a timeline as to when we plan to update the shop with more styles. We are backlogged at least 2 months at any given moment, usually with a hundred or more unfinished pieces in the works. We try to update the shop approximately once every 2 weeks, though time may vary depending on our workload.
